Symptoms

The Customer Interface (RACUST) program imports bank accounts but does not link them to the customer.

The bank is successfully created but not linking to the customer account.

Using the following values for the bank interface table:

INSERT INTO ra_customer_banks_int_all
( created_by, creation_date, last_update_date, last_updated_by,
orig_system_customer_ref, orig_system_address_ref, primary_flag,
start_date, org_id, BANK_ACCOUNT_NUM, BANK_ACCOUNT_CURRENCY_CODE,
BANK_NAME, BANK_BRANCH_NAME, Bank_branch_country, BANK_ACCOUNT_NAME,
bank_number, bank_num)
VALUES
( 1150, sysdate, sysdate, 1150,'1-F89X1', '1-F89X4' , 'Y', sysdate, 103, '005039509',
'USD', 'AAA CASH ADVANCE Bank', 'AAA CASH ADVANCE BRANCH123', 'US',
'AAA CASH ADVANCE Bank 1', '180730', '122038251' );

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert data in ra_customers_interface_all
2. Insert data in ra_customer_profiles_int_all
3. Insert data in RA_CUSTOMER_BANKS_INT_ALL
4. Run Customer Interface
