Symptoms

When attempting to view Payslip in Self Service, the following error occurs:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Contact System Administrator.




Steps To Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. On payroll responsibility
  2. Navigate:  Employee Self-Service > View Payslip
  3. Get error on some employees
