Goal
1. Navigate to the Define Budget Organization form.
2. Define a new budget organization and click on the [Ranges] button.
3. Once the ranges are defined, click on the [Account Assignments] button.
Not all the code combinations that are expected in the account assignment screen are listed - some are missing.
