R12: CE: Manual Reconciliation Gives Statement Line Amount Is Not Within The Tolerance Range (Doc ID 944663.1)

Symptoms

Issue: If the exchange rate at the time of payment is different from exchange rate provided at the statement line, In such
situation the payment exchange rate is overwritten by the line exchange rate. Through the remaining amount is zero
the following error is thrown at UI.

"Statement line amount is not within tolerance range".

For example - For a Foreign bank Account, When doing Manual Reconciliation
Tolerances are set as
Tolerance Amount=0.00
Tolerance Percentage=0.00
Exchange rate is provided at the bank statement lines,
the following error occurred during reconciliation even when
all amounts are identical.
'STATEMENT LINE AMOUNT IS NOT WITHIN THE TOLERANCE RANGE'
