Symptoms

When running the GL diagnostics: GL Duplicate Rows Activity Diagnostic Test (Note 221428.1), the output shows the following error:

GL_CONSOLIDATION_S Sequence
ERROR - GL_CONSOLIDATION_S database sequence does not exist in the data base
ACTION - Please log this issue with Oracle Support Services providing the output of this report
