"Key Tax Identification country of residence" field does not have proper value in Modelo 340 output file. (Doc ID 945978.1)

Symptoms

Find that in Modelo 340 output file, in the invoices inter-eu , the "Key Tax Identification country of residence" field has the chosen default value of "other proof"(otro documento probatorio) when it should be "NIF / VAT (TIN operator inter-eu).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
According to the format defined by the Spanish Treasury Department (hacienda) in the field "Key ID
tax country of residence" possible values are:S

1 NIF.
2 NIF/IVA (NIF OPERATOR INTER-EU).
3 Passport
4 official identification document issued by the country or territory of residence.
5 residence permit
6 Another document Otro documento probatorio.

Oracle is assigning by default to the "invoices inter-eu" the option 6, when the option correct by
default is the 2



TIP: The "key id tax country of residence" of an invoice is in the position 78 of file.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When is posted the invoice is run the following requests:
JEESDECX_XMLP module: Spanish Modelo 340 Data Extract
JEESDECE_XMLP module: Spanish Modelo 340 Magnetic Format Report

The output file shows in the "key id tax country of residence" of an invoice (is in the position
78) the value of "other proof"(otro documento probatorio) when it should be "NIF / VAT (TIN operator inter-eu).


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use this Modelo 340. Output is not correct for inter-eu invoices.
