Applies to:Oracle Service Contracts - Version 11.5.10 to 12.2.2 [Release 11.5 to 12.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
A contract has been created and priced using Pricelist A, then the price is manually overriden by the user. This creates a price adjustment on the contract. The contract pricelist is then changed, Pricelist B is applied and the contract is repriced using Cascade and Reprice.
The expectation is that the new price on Pricelist B will be used as is, but instead the existing price adjustment is still in place and amends the price. Why isn't the adjustment removed when the new pricelist is added and the contract is repriced?
