Problem Codes On MFS (Laptop) Not Filtered Based On Mappings (Doc ID 946851.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2 :

Setup of problem codes is done. Problem codes are mapped to SR Types.

When Creating a SR in Forms, the list of problem codes is correctly shown, based on the mappings.
On OMFS (CSL), for the SR Types with the Problem code mapped, the Problem Code LOV is empty.

Replication Steps:
(R) Service Adminsitrator

Add Problem Codes
Map problem codes to SR Types

(R) Mobile Admin
Synch data using JTM Master Concurrent Program for Lookups and TRX's.

(R) Field Service/Laptop
Synch data on the laptop
Create a SR of type used in mappings
Check LOV for Problem codes
LOV is empty.
