Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 12.0.6:
Find Tasks/Customers/Subinventories are not coming down to MFS Laptop

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see Tasks assigned to Mobile User in the Laptop

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Task in enterprise
2. Make sure the task has Task Type attached to Dispatch Rule and Task Status = Assigned
3. Assign the Task to a valid mobile user
4. Synch to MFS Laptop
