Account Merge Ends With Error: Csi.Csi_acct_merge_pkg.Csi_ip_accounts_merge ORA-01403: No Data Found

When attempting to merge account
the following error occurs:

1 orig1 orig2 orig3 : 98193<>79430<>79431
CRM_MERGE.CUSTOMER_PRODUCTS_MERGE : 004- : ORA-01403: no data found

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer Accounts > Merge
2. Enter From Accout Number
3. Enter TO Account Number
4. Check Create Same Site for All Addresses
5. Click on Merged button
The merging request ends with error:
Updating table CSI_IP_ACCOUNTS
Updating table CSI_IP_ACCOUNTS

and from the CSI debug level 10 log file shows more detail of error as following.
