Periodic alerts are woking fine. After Oracle Alerts are configured using sendmail feature, but none of the event alerts seem to work.
When an event alert is triggered, no Email is send to the user. There is no entry in the /var/log/maillog file. No concurrent request being submitted too.
Tried to test the setup with, Diagnostics #3 - Event Alert. The concurrent request completes normally but no e-mail was sent.
After adding the ORG ID in the installations tab of Alert Details, the program ALR_DISTRIBUTION_LISTS (Check Event Alert) errors with:
select ... from ALR_DISTRIBUTION_LISTS where rowid=':0'
APP-ALR-04106: Please correct the user-defined SQL statement for this alert.
Steps To Reproduce:
Trigger any event alert.
