Symptoms

GLXBDDEF: a new budget has been defined. Budgetary control has been enabled, the first year for the budget was opened fine. Full access to ledger is granted to the user/responsibility.

GLXBDORG: in budget organization form you have selected Absolute/Advisory funds checking level for one code combinations range but noticed the budget just defined is not available in the list for selection.

The form throws at this point: FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries
