Why the Web ADI log file BNE.Log is Not Created (Doc ID 949521.1)

Why is the WebADI log file not being created?
Set the following System Profile Options to enable Debug:

BNE Server Log Filename : /tmp/xxtest.log (also tried with xxtest.log)
BNE Server Log Level : TRACE
BNE Server Log Path : /tmp

Why is no bne.log is being created?
