On Applications Management pack, when attempting to apply a custom patch using Patch
Manager the following error occurs.

Performing version checking...
AutoPatch error:
File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:
'xxapl reports/US POCCONSULT.rdf'

1. Create the custom patch using Customization Manager feature on AMP;
2. Apply the custom patch created using the Patch Manager feature on AMP;
