Mass Change From Sales Order Lines Is Updating Only First Line

Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2:
Find when submitting Mass Change, the change is only updating a single line.
It is the first line in the list.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect mass change to update all selected lines.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create an order with multiple lines.
2. select multiple (or all) lines
3. submit mass change for an attribute (Request Date)
see that only one line is updated.

Applied  changes done for <Bug 8660101> which was first included in <|Patch 8639532> - August 2009, Order Management Cumulative Patch listed at the 11.5.10 Extend Support Minimum Baseline patch for OM.
