Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
After creating a new Oracle Transportation Management, ( OTM ), 6.0 instance and installing RU2 users are not able to access any of the standard finder screens for Order Base, Order Release, Location and other business objects.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Install OTM 6.0 and then install RU2

-- Business Impact:
Unable to use OTM
