Service: Task Templates Search Screen Truncates Words after Wild Card (Doc ID 952012.1)

Find that attempting a multiple wild card search in a task template of Task tab in Service
Request, it truncates search key words after wild card "%" in some cases.
Moreover, system takes too long when search key words contains numbers in the same search screen.

There is inconsistent Behavior of the % Wild Card Search for Task Template Group
Expect the search to be based on the search string entered in the LOV
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Field Service Manager > Service Request > Create or find service request
2. Enter search string including multiple wildcards %: e.g ‘Pajero sport/native K8/9 % brake % pad %’
After pressing enter, key words after wild card are truncated: displaying only: ‘Pajero sport/native K8/9 %'
