ERU Volume And Weight Utilization Not Recalculated Upon Change Service Provider (Doc ID 952018.1)

ERUs are not getting recalculated upon a change of the service provider.

Here is what appears to happen in the plannig logic:

The ERU util is calculated based on the tShipment.getTotalEquipRefUnitCapacity(), which eventually calls
tEquipmentGroup.getEquipmentReferenceUnitMap() in TSEquipment. When the Change ServPorv action sets a new equipmentGroupGid on tSEquipment, it does not change the tEquipmentGroup in TSEquipment as well.
Since this tEquipmentGroup still points to the old equipmentGroup being replaced, it returns the ERU capacity of the old equipment group, resulting in showing the wrong ERU utilization.
