Cannot Compile Shipping Forms (Including Wshfstrx) After Upgrading To 12.1.1 (Doc ID 952596.1)

On 12.1.1 in Production:
When attempting to compile forms WSHFSTRX.fmx., WSHSTREF.fmx, WSHQSSUI.fmx or INVTTESR.fmx
adadmin is giving the following error

FRM-30064: Unable to parse statement SELECT *

1. use adadmin to compile the forms

Due to this issue, users cannot use the forms as they cannot be successfully compiled
