Symptoms
The following error message appeared in the Payments Workbench when attempting to enter a Pay-in-Full payment:
APP-SQLAP-97855: You cannot select this [set of] Payment Documents because it is in use by Payment Instruction #####. Please add a new [set of] Payment Documents to the bank account.
Similar error can be seen if payment is done from PPR. Error would be:
Payments of this payment instruction x could not be provided with paper document numbers because the payment document x has been locked by a previous payment instruction x.
