Find that logging in application as customer representative with HTML Customer Support responsibility, there is an error that occurs.
"No data was found when &VO_NAME executed"
"The current user is not associated to a resource"
There is no workaround.
Expected to be able to access the Dashboard to log SRs
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into Apps with the FND UserID
Responsibility: Customer Support Responsibility
2. Select Agent Dashboard. > Error
