FRM-40200 Field is Protected Against Update When trying to Update a Service Request (Doc ID 955467.1)

Symptoms

Find that after creating and saving Service request none of the fields on the service request can be updated.

The following error occurs:
ERROR FRM-40200 Field is Protected Against Update

No Workaround

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Service (R) > Created Service request
2. Update the Service Request > Error.
