Subledger Accounting: SLA Tables Not Populated After Transfer to SLA Was Run (Doc ID 955787.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Completed the setup for SLA (as per <Note:399632.1> - 'Performing a Manual Upgrade to Enable Subledger Accounting (SLA) for Oracle HRMS Release 12'), ran a payroll and then ran the Transfer to SLA and Transfer to GL but only two of the SLA tables were populated (xla_transaction_entities and xla_events). There is no data on xla_ae_headers or xla_ae_lines relating to the payroll data.




Steps To Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Follow the steps as per <Note 399632.1>
  2. Run Transfer to SLA process.
