Symptoms


When attempting to run the Update Customer Support Management Base Summaries concurrent program the following error occurs:

ERROR
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("BIV"."BIV_DBI_ACTIVITY_SUM_F"."CUSTOMER_ID")
