R12: Stop Having Users View Projects Across Operating Units in Project List and Search Pages (Doc ID 956392.1)

Symptoms

HR: Security Profile is set at the lowest level in our Hierarchy under Operating Unit 'A'.
And Project Profiles Cross Project User Update and View are both set to NO.

Still, we can query projects belonging to Operating Unit 'B'.
When opened we can see 'Project' tab and 'Overview' subtab page.
(By default when we click the project name we see, projects Tab, with Home subtab)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect not to query projects list or search project from other operating units. Even if we query, cannot see the project overview subtab.
