After Upgrading to CU6, FTI Users with LSP Host and LSP Customer Roles Cannot See any Data in Dashboard

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.06, When attempting to access FTI Dashboard as a LSP HOST or LSP CUSTOMER FTI user, the dashboard does not show data

Expected Result
Expect that the dashboard data is shown when logging in as a user witj FTI role, LSP HOST or LSP CUSTOMER

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade OTM to CU6. Set up users with Transportation Intelligence roles, LSP HOST or LSP CUSTOMER
2. Log on as that user, and click on Transportation Intelligence - dashboard
3. See that the dashboard is empty
