Symptoms

When loading ECO's using the ECO Business Object API (ENG_ECO_PUB.Process_Eco), errors similar to the following are received:

BOM_Validate_Bom_Component : (Entity Validation) ORA-01403: no data found
This record received an error status since an unexpected error occurred in the component &COMPONENT while performing entity validations.
