12.0 Dispatch Center Hangs When Performing An 'Open Search'

On 12.0.4: when executing a query without any criteria in the Dispatch Center the application hangs.
It is expected that the form will return data to the screen.
1. Login to Dispatch enter, press F11 in the TASKS Block
2. Press Ctrl +F11
The application hangs and the session needs to be shut down.
