Intermittently when sending in a Shipment Actual via integration, the following error is received:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01722: invalid number.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Upload a Shipment Actual via integration
2. Note the error ORA-01722: invalid number intermittently showing in the logs
