Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5 CU5, When attempting to process Integration message using Oracle Advanced Queue ( OAQ), the following error occurs:
ERROR
ORA-02291: integrity constraint (GLOGOWNER.FK_IT_APP_MACHINE_GID) violated - parent key not found
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up scalability on OTM Version 5.5 CU5 and process integration message using OAQ
2. See the above error in the transmission report
