E22 INVALID AUTOTIZE
USER DOES NOT HAVE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE OVERRIDE ATP FIELD
ENTERING OE_SYS_PARAMETERS.VALUE
Going to get the value for LATEST_ACCEPTABLE_DATE_FLAG
ENTERING OE_SYS_PARAMETERS_PVT.VALUE
VALUE FROM DBO
Parameter value fetched from table.
