Requisition Lines Not Splitted Per Approver In Notification (Doc ID 958702.1)

On 12.0.4
Find that when Action type is "Approval Chain of Authority" and ordering mode is Serial and Voting mode
Serial:
If a purchase requisition has 2 lines, the 1st line satisfies Rule 1 (approved by Group1 which
order number is 1 and contain one person) and Rule 2 (approved by Group2 which order number is
1000 and contain one person) and the 2nd line satisfies only Rule 1.
Then the approval notification is first sent to the person belonging to Group1 with the 2 lines.
Then after the first approver has approved, the approval notification is sent to the person
belonging to Group2 with the 2 lines too.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the second notification contains only the first line which satisfy Rule 1 and not Rule
2.
