Credit Card Transactions Fail in iRec When Credit Card Address Validation Is Enabled (Doc ID 959734.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to process a payment from iReceivables using a new credit card number, the following error occurs.

ERROR
NULL Payment Processing Failed.

When credit card validation is disabled the transaction will be successful

NOTE: To disable CC address validation navigate to the responsibility Payments Setup Administrator >> System Security Options.
Under 'Credit Card Owner Verification Control' section set the value of 'Require Statement Billing Address Entry' to 'NO'.
