Error Assigning Document to a Printer in Choose Document and Label Printers Form

Goal
When we attempt to assign the Material Label as a document to a printer in the Assign Document and Label Printers form, we encounter the following error message:
We attempted this assignment by
1. Navigating to the Assign Document and Labels Printer form (WSHFDPSD).
Note: This form belongs to Shipping Execution, but can be opened from the Warehouse Management and Inventory applications also.
2. The documents icon on the far left side of this form is selected by default.
3. Expanded the Documents selection
4. The 'Material" report is not listed here.
5. Right click on "document" to add a new document, select 'Material' from the LOV
6. In the document field, select the document 'Material', then select the desired printer
7. The error message results.
