Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
All periodic alerts stopped sending mails, if submit the request "Request Period Alert Check"
The alert can send mail, but the user has to submit the request "Period Alert Check"
everyday for Periodic Alert;
Expected Behavior
Only need to run request "Request Period Alert Check" only once instead of
submitting it everyday.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have to run Request Period Alert Check everyday for periodic alert.
