Symptoms

On 11.5.10 in Production:

When attempting to terminate a specific employee, the following error occurs:

ERROR

"APP-PER-289850: You are no longer permitted to enter a number for this person.
Please close and reopen the application window you are using.
If you are using an API then please rerun the script that calls the API.
Doing this enables the application to generate sequential number automatically"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. US HRMS Manager
2. People > Enter Maintain
3. Search for person
4. Other
5. End Employment
