WICDOL: AUTOCREATE FINAL ASSEMBLY ORDERS COMPLETES WITH WARNING AND NO JOB IS CREATED (Doc ID 960342.1)

Symptoms

On 12.0.6, When attempting to execute the WICDOL module: AutoCreate Final Assembly Orders concurrent request (AFAS) completes with a warning.  The following error is found in the log:
