Symptoms

After applying a list of patches (4252319, 6192649, 6314319, 7427746, 8349148, 3931732, 4550280, 4432572), including <> 11i.FIN_PF.G, relink of module "FFXBCP" failed with the following error:

FFTM FFXBCP FFXMLC

An error occurred while relinking application programs.
