MFS Laptop Install Error - Memory Setting Crashes Webtogo After First Synch (Doc ID 960719.1)

When attempting to install a newMmobile Field Service Laptop client, webtogo crashes after running the first synch.
After installing the setup.exe webtogo starts and prompts for username/password. 
Then it initiates the first synch to download the field service client application but webtogo crashes.

When webtogo is then started in debug mode (webtogo -d0) from the dos command prompt, the following error occurs:


Invalid maximum heap size: -Xmx8000m
The specified size exceeds the maximum representable size.
JVM initialization failed
