This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
1. When attempting to run concurrent programs that create bitmapped output (postscript, PDF) the following error occurs.
2. The database characterset is WE8ISO8859P1
3. The concurrent environment NLS_LANG is set to WE8ISO8859P1
ERROR
Program was terminated by signal 11
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run a concurrent program defined for postscript or PDF output
