Concurrent Processing - CONC-SM TNS FAIL In Internal Concurrent Manager (ICM) Log File With Virtual Hosts Configuration (Doc ID 961216.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 11, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Concurrent Processing - Version to [Release 11.5]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

After configuration with virtual hosts the Internal Concurrent Manager (ICM) dies directly with these messages:

"Concurrent Manager cannot find error description for CONC-System Node Name not Registered"
"Routine AFPCAL received failure code while parsing or running your concurrent program CPMGR"

"Could not initialize the Service Manager FNDSM_ZCASWN_HROPE. Verify that ZCASWN has been registered for concurrent processing

Routine AFPEIM encountered an error while starting concurrent manager INVMGR with library"

What is the right configuration with virtual hosts (that allow ICM to run)?

Internal Bug 13945222 states:
Attention: This procedure is NOT intended for a complete virtual hosting
setup; it is ONLY to setup an alias hostname.
