Goal
After the migration from Oracle Applications 11i to release 12 "Active Users" concurrent fails with an error :
ld.so.1: rwserver: fatal: librw.so: open failed: No such file or directory
"rwrun help=yes" returns the same error:
ora_oebs@oebs12i:/ora_oebs/test/TEST12/apps/apps_st/appl# rwrun help=yes
ld.so.1: rwrun: fatal: librw.so: open failed: No such file or directory
