Benefits Confirmation Statement Not Showing All Plan Details After Selection (Doc ID 961353.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10 in Production:

Find that when user tries to use the seeded template file BENSSCNF.rtf, then the Plan which have the coverage is appearing in the PDF Benefit Confirmation Report file. While if the seeded template file BENSSCNF_en.rtf is used, then the plan which has the coverage is not appearing in the PDF Benefit Confirmation Report file.


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run Maintain Participant eligibility for de-enrolling 2009 enrollments.
2. Make the plans eligible.
3. Log in as an Employee > Employee Self Service > Benefits > Make updates to Benefits
4. Elect the benefits
5. Click Confirmation Statement
This Confirmation statement does not show the plan details which are elected in the previous step
