Scheduler Error: The request SearchAssistedOptions did not complete successfully (Doc ID 961585.1)

Problem Statement:
On 12.1.1: when attempting to schedule a Task in Dispatch Center, the following error occurs:

The request SearchAssistedOptions did not complete successfully. Please refer to the Help>
Diagnostics> Logging menu for information about the cause of the request failure. If no logging
found, please enable logging on level error and execute the request again

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Dispatch Center.
2. Query a Task.
3. Use Schedule Advice UI or Auto Scheduler to schedule this Task.
