11i Dispatch Center Form stuck after patching (Doc ID 964408.1)

On when opening the Dispatch Center form, the task related information form is rendered but freezes. Users cannot navigate out of the blank form and have to close the session and logon again.

The expectation is to see the Dispatch Center form open without this error. 

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.- Responsibility : Field Service Manager
2.- Navigation: Field Service Dispatcher -> Dispatch Center
