Unable To Enter Notes At Debrief Line Level (Doc ID 964414.1)

Find that the debrief line or debrief line number List of Values (LOV) are empty. Because of that, user is unable to enter notes at Debrief Line level.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the Debrief form query a Task and add 2 Debrief Lines
2. Click on Notes button. Enter a Note description. Type select Related To as "Debrief Line". Try to enter a value but find that the list of values is empty.
3. Select 'Related To' as "Debrief Line Number". Try to enter a value but the list of values is empty.
