OBJECT_ID Error When Creating New Customer Contact In Repository Contracts (Doc ID 965392.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add a Vendor contact to a Repository contract the following errors are displayed.

Error:
  Column object_id must have a value
  Column party_id must have a value
  Column location_id must have a value
  Column owner_table_id must have a value
  Invalid value for owner_table_id. Please enter party_id value from hz_parties.
  Column Onwer_table_id must have a value
  Invalid value for owner_table_id. Please enter party_id value from hz_parties.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate > Contracts Administrator > Contract (contract repository)
2. Open existing contract with
- in Parties tab, click Add Contact
- goes to Add contact page
3. Add contact page
- enter Name
- enter Contract Role
- click find button next to Contact Name
- Search and Select contact page displayed
4. Search and Select contact page displayed with First Name and Last Name fields blank
- click Create Contact button
5. Enter values for First Name, Last Name, Country Code, Area Code, Phone, Ext, Email
- click Continue
- Error message is displayed
