-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.05 , Find that the least expensive equipment is not being selected when bulk planning an order on a multi-leg move. Instead a combination of the expensive equipment and a cheaper equipment is selected thus resulting in sub-optimal results
Expect that the least expensive equipment is selected
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a multi-leg move and set up multiple equipments for the move
2. Bulk plan the orders and see that the vessel leg of the move uses the expensive equipment even though a cheaper equipment with enough capacity exists
