IEXRCALL Collections Form

Goal

Receivables Claims: Troubleshooting, Known Issues and Patches > Note 1415626.1
Overpayment / Underpayment Claims are created in Receivables.
These claims resides in Oracle Trade Management.

How and where can these Claims be viewed in Advanced Collections Form?

Steps
-------
Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
1) Create overpayment/underpayment claim at the time of receipt application
2) Receipt is applied and claim gets created
Responsibility:  Collections Agent
1) Navigate to collector's workbench and query for customer details
2) Check Transaction tab. Search 'All' open transactions.
Claims do not appear under open transaction.
