Instances With Improper Operation Code Causing Problems In Asset Deployment Page (Doc ID 965642.1)

Symptoms

On R12 Asset Deployment Page, there are two problems:

1. When choosing the 'Put In Service' action to find instances. Instances where the operation code is not 'In_Project' are included in the results list, but when user attempts to put these instances 'In Service' they do not get updated.

2. When choosing 'Take out from service' action to find instances. Instances that were never put into service are included in the results list.
